Two-catter

A person who is widely known for consistently one-upping someone else during the course of conversation. It sounds like they are just trying to be conversational, but they are really bragging about how whatever you've done or have, they've done/have it more, better, grander, with cooler people, etc.

A: "I have a cat".

B: "Cool, I have two cats".

That guy, Ted, is such a two-catter.

I was telling a story and got two-catted by Ted again.

It was a good evening, but Ted kept two-catting everyone.

All hat and no cattle

A slang phrase from the Southwestern United States, indicating a person is more image or projection than actual substance.
It is probably derived from the region's contempt for people who are not cowboys or ranchers but who try to mimic the frontiersman image through superficial adoption of the region's folkways.

President Bush's new tax plan is supposed to help the struggling middle class and revitalize the stock market. However, closer analysis reveals that he's just all hat and no cattle.

canteen grenade

a common military anti boredom tool. produced when you take the mre heater and drop it into a half full, plastic canteen. as the canteen is air tight for chemical warfare purposes, the pressure will build until it explodes. not very devistating, but a very nice pop in the middle of the night!

"Why is Spc Dingleberry emptying all of those latrines?"
"yeah, he rolled an canteen grenade into Sgt tinydicks tent last night after he caught him having cyber sex with his wife."
