Thread bomb 

A post in an online forum or message board that completely destroys a thread and its intended purpose.

The use of an unrelated comment, picture, video or other media that kills said thread. Usually after a thread bomb is dropped, no one posts in the thread anymore.

"OMG that dude posted a picture of a hairy cock in that bake sale thread."

"Shit got thread bombed, yo."

mod or other forum/blog controller who cancels/stops/blocks thread due to an arbitrary law or bad mood/hangover

also person who repeatedly pulls thread off-topic or repeatedly pulls thread back ON-topic despite other posters having fun doing what they feel like with topic

not to be confused with "nazi thread" - a regular occurance at white supremacist sites

A person who kills every thread they post in, normally in two posts, the first makes the mood go OMFG, then the final post comes.

Thread bomber 

An individual who constantly drops thread bombs in online forums or message boards that kill any future comments. Thread bombers may be clueless people who honestly think they are adding to the discussion or douchebags who intentionally ruin the thread.

That girl I added keeps posting the most awkward things on all my friends comments. I should unfriend that thread bomber.
