It sounds like the 'set foot' part is rhetoric being used to obfuscate what's really going on there."

When a government or other powerful group kills a person who leaked incriminating evidence about them and pins it as a suicide/accident.

"Did you hear about how Epstein was supposed to leak the classified documents but killed himself before he could?"
"Nah, he didn't kill himself, he committed suicide by sniper."

Profile Sniper

A profile sniper is someone who often has a weak argument, and on the losing side of an online argument, who resorts to viewing the profile of the user they're arguing with to find things to make fun of them for in an attempt to gain leverage in an argument by irritating the other user.

"So, you have to snipe my profile to find something to use for a counterpoint. Go get some valid points to back your argument instead of being a neckbeard profile sniper."

Sniper-tellect

A term used to describe one who makes reaction content on YouTube or other social media sites which is of terrible quality. This word is used especially if the reaction has minimal effort put into it and consists of little to no speaking and lots of pointing and nodding of the head.
The origins of the word come from SSSniperwolf and Bentellect, who are both known for doing exactly this. Most Sniper-tellect content can be found on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
The term was coined and popularized by YouTube streamer and shorts creator RoyalPear, who is known for being against the kind of content this type of creator makes.
