Freckole

When a brown mark on the body cannot be clearly defined as either a freckle or a mole it is considered to be a Freckole. The combination of a freckle and a mole. Generally freckoles are considered to be highly attractive features on celebrities and social media stars.
Frek-ohl is the proper pronunciation for Freckole. Pronunciation is similar to Freckle (frek-uh l) but the "uh l" syllable is replaced by "ohl".
