Note that conducting actual business in this window is strictly prohibited and may result in an additional snarkchat that does not include the offender, for the express purpose of ridiculing said offender.

A person who is naturally inclined to have fits of nasty, assholish behavior on a regular basis. Usually someone with severe constipation, anal retention and control freak issues. Friends never know when this person will snap and become snarky.
