P.T.F.A.RETARD(S) Stands for Pay the Fuck Attention Retard(s). This term is generally used towards one or more persons that is not actually Mentally handicapped, but rather one who blatantly refuses to PAY THE FUCK ATTENTION and learn or better understand what's being said, there by willingly choosing to remain being a stupid dumb fucking RETARD, that will obviously NEVER FUCKING LEARN....

Retard Candy

The last candy picked from a communal candy dish after all the "better" candies are chosen. Similiar to the selection process on a playground. The Retard is always the last one picked.

Susan brought in Jolly Ranchers for her candy dish, but I better quick there quick. Last time, I ended up with raspberry which we all know is Retard Candy.
