A type of fashion formed by kayon Atkinson it is characterized by cheap to expensive clothing usually loose and long flowing at the joints to protect against different types of temp. And weather conditions while traveling . While at the same time being characterized by snug fit on the limbs to preserve warmth .the tightness of fit is usually reversed in the opposing season...for people who may be staying out door for longer periods of time.
