A combination of woot and beautiful, ment to be an interjection. The meaning? Something along the lines of an either honestly very happy or heavily sarcastic explination of BEAUTIFUL! Useually connected to gameing, computer and the like. Can also be used by a 'gamer' to mean, hot, sexy, fucking gorgious, ect...

"w00t!" is a popular descendent of the informal interjections "Whoomp" and "Whoot", used to express joy or elation. Compare "Yippee!"

The terms rose to popularity in two 1993 rap / hip-hop tracks from "95 south" and "tag team", entitled "Whoot (There it is)" and "Whoomp (there it is)" respectively.
