short for penis vampire; describes a girl who loves sucking dick so much that those who know her/ have had their dicks sucked by her suspect she may need to give head just to stay alive, much in the same way a vampire needs blood. P-vamps can go out in the sunlight making them more dangerous then regular vampires, kinda like Blade.
