A moment of idiocy, generally caused by ignorance, confusion, ill-information or ditziness, causing the victim to make unintentionally comical statements and/or queries causing those within earshot to laugh and/or show concern for the ability of the victim to survive in the modern world.

Manga Moment

When something so hilarious, gross, sexual, or just plain weird happens that you need somebody to put it into a manga.

Jessie: Hey Samantha, can you look at the charactor I drew?
Samantha: Yeah. Hey, wait, did you just draw Garret?
Jessie: It's a girl! See the boobs?
Samantha: No, I wasn't looking. I'm not a perv.

a carmella moment is to drop all work and leave your work area for a minimum of 10 minutes at least three or four times per hour.
