To drive close to the curb when it's raining and drive thru puddles in order to splash water onto bums.

It was raining cats and dogs when I was driving past a homeless encampment so I decided to play a game of Splash A Bum. Aka Splasha Bum.

When you take a heavy shit, and the water splashes back up, soaking your butthole. Usually in reference to an overused port-o-jon.
