To flick a woman's (or man's) breasts with the index fingers.

Also the act of lifting and then dropping two breasts while yelling "melon drop." It happens more commonly to women (or men) with big breasts.

Can also be known as 'double bean dip.'

You know Stacey, that chick with the huge knockers? Mike melon dropped her the other day, and she almost killed him for touching her 'moneymakers.'
