To be naturaly lucky, or naturaly have things happen in your favor. Can refer to a situation, or a state of life.

Reasoning: If the person who is naturally gifted wtih luck has a piece of toast with jelly on it, and another friend has a peice of toast with jelly on it, if both those peices happen to drop, the person who is naturally gifted with luck will have their peice of toast naturally land " jelly up."

I cant beleive you got out of that parking ticket just by flirting with that cop, your so jelly up.
