"Zerocracy" is the system of economic government where revenues cover expenditures, thus preventing deficits, national debt, and the undemocratic and unfunded favoring of politically influential segments of the population. Democracies that balance their books become zero-debt and zero-deficit democracies, hence known as "Zerocracies".

Zero Interest Loan

A loan taken out from your parents with the understanding that you'll pay them back when you get a real job. It is common amongst college students with parents who have disposable income.

Guy 1: Hey man, you should come to Vegas with me and my buddies next month. It's gonna be a blast.

Guy 2: Aw I wish I could, but I don't have the money right now. You know, since I'm still in school.

Guy 1: Why don't you go to the international bank of mom & dad and ask for a zero interest loan?

Guy 2: Good idea!

Document Zero

Is said of a document, located somewhere in your corporate network drive, that has an either outdated or erroneous header, footer, meta tag, etc. Even after a thorough cleanup by system admins, an employee is bound to discover a document zero, use it as a template and spread the error around.

Greg: "Sir, this is the most recent expenditures slide deck we have."
Reginald: "Greg, why is our old company logo still on this presentation???"
Greg: "Ughh... Someone must have used an old template, again... I thought we got rid of all the old logo stuff! There must still be a document zero somewhere..."
