The act of pouring tea onto wasabi. Then you mix it up and divide it into lines. Then with a straw you snort the wasabi to amuse the people around you. May or may not cause the snooter to throw up.

when one's dick cannot become hard during sex due to the amount of alcohol (i.e. whiskey) consumed. a.k.a. "whiskey dick."

Because of my heavy drinking habits i often shoot pool with a rope when I'm with my slampiece, but its no problem because i always hammer it out in the morning.

Fully snorting a shot of strong spirit (preferably captain morgan's) to obtain that heavenly nasal buzz.

Waking up to a bowl of Special K and a fat snoot is a great way to start the day.

- Man: "Im knackered dude.."
Snooter: "You should probably get snooting then!"

- "Cant drink the rest of your Morgan's spiced? No problem, just snoot it"

- Snoot Nazi: "no snoot for you!"

Like the wrestling term, but adjusted to every day life. When someone says something that is true, but unexpected and usually out of anger, or at an inappropriate time.

At the meeting, the boss singled me as out the employee not meeting sales goals. When everyone started to laugh, I decided to shoot on them and told the boss about them stealing company funds to have parties on the weekend.

My buddy who was drunk at the party decided to shoot on me and blurt out about how were with those hookers last weekend. My girlfriend was right there next to me and she was angry.
