A bussy squirrel is a classification of a person. Typically a person with brown hair and brown eyes and Mannerisms of a squirrel or rodent. A person cannot chose to be or not be a bussy squirrel they are simply born that way. It has nothing to do with bussys or squirrels, the word combination describes these kind of people.
