"So I was hanging out with Stacy last night and she started telling me she wanted it in her b hole, but I'm not into that so I just left."
"Man, their burritos are so spicy! Seriously, get their fuego burrito, last time I had one I ended up putting blister cream on my b hole."
"Dude, your cat has the biggest b hole I've ever seen."

A visual hole is a term that is usually used in kpop to describe a member that lets down the whole of the rest of the group based on their looks. They are considered the least attractive.
Person 1 (non kpop fan): "Kim Namjoon from BTS is such a visual hole!"
Person 2 (non kpop fan): "Yeah, I know. He's just so ugly! The other boys should be ashamed!"
Person 3 (kpop fan): "You think he's a visual hole? Bitch, you need your eyes checked!"

A term describing a situation encountered in the sport of American Football, referring to one player being tackled/blocked in the side of the head without previous knowledge or warning of impact. It is referred to as "getting ear holed" because the ear hole on a football helmet is usually a devastating blind spot. Getting Ear Holed can often cause concussions.
Ethan was watching the safety approaching on his left, but the outside linebacker totally ear holed him from the right.

the set of pernicious behaviors associated with being an a-hole, including but not limited to poor manners at parties (throwing beverages, turning off music, ect), introduction of maliciously inappropriate or awkward content into conversation, and wearing sunglasses at night. Pretension does not necessarily correlate with such actions, but may be a first indication of an individual's propensity to act in said manner.
