mandaid

The term used when a male of the species performs a temporary home-improvement or auto-maintenance "repair" that is cheap, immediately effective, and delays the calling of the Repairman. Also referred to as jury-rigging, kludge, makeshift, make-do, Macgyver.

Instead of replacing the broken faucet handle on the bathtub like I asked him to, he put a mandaid on it. He just stuck a pair of pliers on it and said "it works fine now, honey".

Not to be confused with madonna, but this last name is generally related to women who use their looks to get their way. Very temperamental, yet loving, especially if you have zits.

Her main least favorite student is a girl in her fifth period class, one of two who coined the nickname "Frenchie."
