Having a mental database of everyone in the office's approximate package size, usually acquired through an unhealthy amount of time spent staring at passing crotches or crotches in your direct line of site

Based on Lucy's overall office crotch awareness, the new guy was going to slide into the smaller tier for sure.

The act in which someone, often at a work station, is so finely on the cusp of sleep yet in a mental state of readiness.

Guy no. 1: What can you see on that monitor?

Guy no.2: What? ...Oh yep, that's not good, let's go sort that out.

Guy no.1: Dude were you just sleeping?

Guy no.2: Nope I was sleeping awake, it's different.

Anticipation Awakening

When someone sets an alarm clock, but wakes up just before it actually goes off.

Usually as a result of the brain anticipating that it will suddenly be awoken by a loud sound and therefore you awake without the need of the alarm.

"I don't know why I keep setting my alarm every morning, because I just end up waking up 10 minutes before it goes off".

"That's an Anticipation Awakening my good friend".

A song by Audioslave off their final album Revelations. Its Audioslaves only political song. Its critisizing George Bush and FEMAs incredibly slow reaction to the hurricane Katrina disaster. Quite possibly the most powerful song ever written.
