The act of making another feel bad for either not wearing and/or improperly wearing a protective face mask during a pandemic.

Billy Bob: I saw Joe not wearing a mask during the debate.

Gip: Least he ain't chin strapping with his nose out.

Gip: Dangit Billy Bob you started the mask shaming by pointing out the fact he had none!

Gas Mask

A mask purposed for breathing in airborne chemicals. Various masks/series of masks include the GP-5, M85 and M40. Gas Masks were mostly used in WW1 and later became a popular military accessory as chemical warfare is rare.

The enemy threw some VX gas and every put their gas masks on in-time.
