A common name given to a male actor starring in a 'midget porn' movie. 'Dobbler' is the feminine definition.

The name is taken from the famous/infamous South African midget porn star Lloyd Dobbla*, a legend in his own lifetime and in his later years a House music DJ.

*A stage name, real name unknown though the forename is thought to be correct.

He's a 'dobbla' - he's a midget porn star.
