When you completely fluke out and do something perfectly through dumb luck. The term is derived from the roll playing game Dungeons & Dragons in which rolling 20 on a 20 sided dice guarantees success at whatever your attempting.

A wad of cash with a large bill, such as a hundred, on the outside with ones on the inside. This way it looks like you have a lot of hundred dollar bills when you really don't.
