A group or cluster of people (may also be a place) who support a washed out goat pretender Pendu also known as Penaldo or Pen Merchant. They should therefore be approached with extreme caution during debates. They often lose sight of the debate and start targeting the opponent personally. They are also generally angry and highly confrontations with little regard for other peoples feelings. Often they hide behind fake social media profiles as they are scared to air their views directly.
