Generally used sarcastically to exaggerate the appeal of a date. The date may or may not be real, and although the date might actually be "hot", as in exciting, it's just as likely to not exist at all or be boring.

Date Gut

When on a first date with a girl, a boy is exceptionally nervous. This anxiety causes pockets of gas to form in the bowel. Because of the female presence, expelling the gaseous build up is not a viable option; therefore, the stomach begins to bloat and cramp, causing date gut. But the moment the unsuspecting date is dropped safely at home, the gas is released along with any painful stomach cramps.

Went out with Carrie last night, and now my butt hole hurts -- bad case of date gut.

last minute prom date

The person you ask to or accept an invitation to prom from 7-14 days before the event. Usually a last minute attempt at not going to prom stag. Not usually a person you'd normally be caught dead hanging out with under normal circumstances.

Janine, a member of the math club was so excited when Bobby, a hockey player asked her to prom two weeks before the event. But Bobby only asked Janine as a last minute prom date because his former girlfriend Stacy, a cheerleader broke up with him two days before he asked Janine to go.
