Human eyes with a certain beady, wandering appearance, associated with a predisposition to developing cancer. By looking at a person with cancer eyes, one can just tell that someone has "pissed in his/her gene pool". Cancer eyes are most easily identifiable in people with brown eyes, however blue or green cancer eyes have been known to exist.
