Human eyes with a certain beady, wandering appearance, associated with a predisposition to developing cancer. By looking at a person with cancer eyes, one can just tell that someone has "pissed in his/her gene pool". Cancer eyes are most easily identifiable in people with brown eyes, however blue or green cancer eyes have been known to exist.
"That dude has some serious cancer eyes." Steve Urkel's girlfriend, Myra, from the hit family sitcom, Family Matters had a textbook case of cancer eyes. Sadly, the actress playing her character died of cancer.
