A few months ago, Eric Weinstein came up with the phrase 'Incellectual Dork Web' to describe this eclectic mix of people from Sam Harris to Ben Shapiro to Eric Weinstein to Jordan Petersen, who are figuring out ways to have the important and often dangerous conversations that are completely ignored by the mainstream.

Deep Web

Not to be confused with the Dark Web, the Deep Web are websites that take effort to find, containing mostly socially unacceptable content (like fetish smut), but without requiring TOR or i2p.

Person 1: The deep web is filled with so much smut
Person 2: The dark web is worse though
Person 1: They're the same thing
Person 2: Incorrect

Grey Web

The shady part of the internet. Not full on dark web but certainly questionable. The Grey Web is where you can find things like illegally powerful laser pointers that are mislabeled to appear safe, You can find nearly complete silencers for your gun that are labeled as "solvent traps", things like cell phone and WiFi jammers, and even erectile disfunction medications without a prescription. The Grey Web is where you get the types of things or information that is not illegal to possess necessarily but illegal to use, combine, or assemble.

"Where the hell did you get a universal key for a bulldozer dude?" I Found it on the Grey Web!
