To “throw” something means to disagree with it. So by saying “I throw that” means “I disagree with/don’t like/don’t accept that”.

It's the process of beating someone emotionally so far that they lie down on floor in an embryonic position and begin to cry, and at that point you lift them up and throw them out of the room
Person named El Mexico walks in my room
El Mexico: *coughs*
El Mexico: *sneezes*
Me: Could you not?
El Mexico: Why?
Me: I'm gonna do you a Zip and Throw

During sexual intercourse, when the person on the bottom attempts to roll their partner over so that they can be on top and their partner is thrown into a wall or off the bed. Throwing a cribbsy is usually unintentional, though it may be sought after by those who like to play rough in bed.
I was enjoying her riding me, but when I went to put her on her back, I ended up throwing a cribbsy, and she hit her head on the wall.

The act of an artist or band setting up and playing a concert/performance set without a soundcheck/linecheck
“Hey do we get a soundcheck?”
“Nah, but be ready cuz this gig is throw and go.”
“Hey we got time before our set, bruh.” “Don’t have to show up til 9 cuz it’s throw and go.”
“Our set got cut short cuz that singer was hella green. He can’t handle a throw and go gig.”
