Being drunk to the point that you can't say "hammered" properly, slurring your speech which in effect makes you say "slammered"

aka. really really drunk

Spammering

Kind of like Stuttering which means to To speak with involuntary pauses or repetitions. Spammering is the internet equivalent of stuttering in which whatever you post online is repetitive, boring, and usually not making any sense.
