When a person attends Sunday Church Service and passes off the Collection Plate without putting a cent on it thus receiving a sermon for free like a dirty Gypsy.

Reverend Sharpton was preaching up a storm as the Collection Plate was getting full with $20 bills. Ol' Otis just dished it off to the next person without even blinking twice. Everyone knows he's a Jesus Gypsy and won't drop a dime.

The gypsy's warning 

A quiet word to an employee or aquaintance, suggesting that they'd best proceed with caution in respect of their current conduct or attitude, or they may be in for an unpleasant surprise. The details of which aren't actually set out by the giver of the warning, who may or may not have control over their fate.

The guy was certainly out of line, there probably wasn't sufficient grounds for disciplinary action, but he certainly got the gypsy's warning.

One who travels to a university not belonging to their own with the sole purpose of finding parties and getting drunk. This person travels to other universities most likely because their own college parties suck or they're not even going to college because they fucked up in high school.
