Schrödinger’s Feminist are a specific type of feminist who have a double standard. Anything in society where men hold dominance is evidence of an oppressive tyrannical patriarchy and men should be demonized, meanwhile anywhere where women hold the upper ground (college education, etc) is proof women are superior and thus should be encouraged. Success of women is praised while decline of men is laughed at. Notable examples include Liza Mundy and Hanna Rosin, some may also include Elizabeth Badinter.

Get the Schrödinger’s Feministmug. Noun. A person holding an attitude or philosophy in opposition to some or all feminist philosophy. Like feminism, this can describe a broad range of ideas, which we shall attempt to divide into 3 groupings.
Type 1) Egalitarian Anti-feminist. A person who believes in equality between sexes, but does not believe that Feminist philosophy shares those ideals. A person who objects to the idea that females are inherently superior.
Type 2) Natural Anti-feminist. A person who believes that the sexes are divided into various areas of competence, either by God or by nature, and that when a person of one sex steps outside the role of their designated sex, it results in either unhappiness or negative productivity.
Type 3) Misogynistic Anti-feminist. One who believes that women are inferior and ought to be under the leadership of or in service to males.

Get the Anti-feministmug. A person that claims to be a feminist yet ignores the main point of feminism, equality. Pseudo-Feminists will tend to blather on about how terrible men are, or assume how men do not face social issues in regards to their gender. Not only can these issues include false rape accusations (although that's EXTREMELY rare), rape of men (which is actually more common than you'd think) Selective Service in the United States, and the pressure of masculinity (which is very much like the pressures of feminization that women face and not considered as often).
Just as how pseudo-feminists will frequently call acknowledgement of men's issues misogyny, many so called "masculists" try to generalize feminists by pseudo-feminists, in order to claim that feminism is misandric in nature. Of course, these "masculists" then ignore women's issues and prove to be nothing but hypocrites. If you misuse the term, you'll look stupid to any intelligent being.
There are well documented pseudo-feminists, one of which is the 'Femitheist Divine', a young woman that on her previous blogs had called for mass genocide of men. They try to claim to be feminists in order to have a sense of legitimacy.
Just as how pseudo-feminists will frequently call acknowledgement of men's issues misogyny, many so called "masculists" try to generalize feminists by pseudo-feminists, in order to claim that feminism is misandric in nature. Of course, these "masculists" then ignore women's issues and prove to be nothing but hypocrites. If you misuse the term, you'll look stupid to any intelligent being.

Get the Feministmug. A female who tries to tell you that females have historically faced more atrocities than males is plain full of shit, and has her own interests and self promotion in mind, not that of humanity. A female that thinks males haven't been butchered, beheaded, drawn and quartered, hanged, racked, boiled alive, sawed in half, burned alive, crucified, raped, tortured, or filled mass graves like numbers in the same numbers or many times higher numbers has forgotten history. Saying that males are oppressed, but females have been more oppressed is about the same thing, except it eliminates being held accountable for what she said about females having it worse throughout history (somebody letting her know she's full of shit) and still focusing attention on herself. Males lead violent, atrocious lives and it's never been a big deal, females have been more sheltered from it than any group throughout history, so that when atrocities do happen to females, the world stops to pay attention for some reason. It's rare to find a female child that got ass whoopings throughout her childhood from an authority figure, since nobody is more sheltered by and from authority figures and authoritarian values than females. Females who think their lives or childhoods were harder than their male counterparts because they can have children have forgotten what childhood was like, and have never really given much thought to the matter, they have their own interest in mind.
The girl didn't really have feminist interests, human interests, or any other interests than her own in mind with what she was trying to sell. She just told people she did.
