Evans Library, Texas A&M University; Refers to the practice of a fish (freshman) in the Corps of Cadets, not caring to return to the Quad for a variety of reasons, checking out a personal study room and taking a long, often much needed nap.

Located right next to Disgusta (Augusta), Georgia.
It's the absolute LAMEST city in Georgia. Everyone there thinks its cute to pair Polo or Uggs with those ridiculous camo hunting jackets.
