Paper Commitment

A California prison sentence served in County jail. A Paper Commitment suggests that the offender received favorable treatment from the District Attorney's Office.

a committee, a group if you will, of select cutthroats (you know who you is) that do cutty ass deeds for the betterment of the yay, and the world as a whole yadig.

To name a few: smoking several blunts at once, would be something a member would be frequently involved in. GOing to the EM and getting hella dope food, after certain activities (stevie yadidi) ugh. drifting in the bh lot.
