I can't believe it's not butter

is when you see an ugly person that has some how made themself look attractive through clothes, make-up or other non-plastic surgery enhancement. To test this on someone after a few cocktails (less than three) consider if you would park the love rod in the ham wallet. If yes: "I can't beleive its not butter!" - if no: see fugly.

"Wow, have you seen what Sally is wearing? She's sort of cute now."

Belieber is someone who loves Justin Bieber more than a fan.

Belieber doesn't blindly support Justin, he/she drags Justin's a** out if Justin did something wrong. He/she shows Justin what he did wrong (on the internet, unfortunately).
Belieber is someone who cares about Justin a lot unlike those fake fans who will leave Justin when the world judge him.
It doesn't matter if you are a new/old Belieber as long as you love Justin as the same way and the same amount a Belieber should have.
