Smell-o-fart

One who thinks themself higher than those around them. Often characterized by a cocky, pompous, overconfident attitude. Those who are considered Smell-o-farts often hold their head high with their nose in the air, as if they are trying to sniff a fart.

also known as Parkway gardens, it's a wonderful residency in Chicago famous for it's friendly african american community and frequent firework shows. Some slang you can use to show that you come in peace are "smoking that von pack" or "we from 63rd".
