...it ably sums up the mentality of so much of the population of Toronto.

Many people living in Toronto Ontario are "torontarded" A few cms of snow is a "major storm", where people forget how to drive in the snow, drive into the back of each other's cars, and complain when the temperature dips below -10.

When something is so utterly beyond awesome that using the word awesome alone is no longer good enough to describe it. This word is used for when something is so epic that there is no word for it, so then this word is used.

This word is always used with a capital because of the sheer epicness it conveys.
