POOKER

California slang (specifically Central Valley slang) for a Meth Smoker, Tweaker, etc. Anyone who looks spun out off of stimulants can be called a pooker. You can also use “pook” as a funny slang for meth, and “pooked” can mean “on one” or “spun out”

Look at that fuckn pooker over there all pooked out off the shit humping the fire hydrant.

We gotta get out the valley man, too many pookers.
