A widely-used variation on homegirl which arose after someone mistakenly wrote "homegril" on Facebook. Home grill became the vocal pronunciation of "homegril." Therefore, home grill retains all the properties of the word homegirl. Homegirl has already been defined many times, so it's not necessary to define it now.
