A way to describe a girl based on their forms, looks, body, etc. , usually refering to hottness.
The origin of the word comes from Chicken Cutlet.

You can pretty much use it to describe anyone.

Root: CULLEN. From the fictional vampire Edward Cullen who exists in Stephenie Meyer's "TWILIGHT" saga.

This word entails all the stalkerish and creepy behaviours Edward Cullen exerts when attempting to court Bella Swan, the love of his life, who initially attracted him because of her delicious and nearly irresistible blood scent.

It has a lowercase C (unless it is at the beginning of a sentence) because this word is used with a negative connotation to say that Edward Cullen is not a good example of "the perfect guy".
