A slang term, common but not exclusive to the UK (particularly in an around London) meaning "To take a dump".

A Sammie is often characterised by a long period on the toilet followed by a strong smell. This strong smell usually requires large amounts of perfume or air freshener from the proprieter to mask the terrible odour and prevent a fall out from such an act.

Man: Ahh man it was terrible! Someone had done a Sammie and stank the place out. We just couldnt carry on partying after that...
