Epic Nap

An Epic Nap can be defined as a nap that satisfies the following three conditions upon the waking of the subject:

1. subject's pillow cannot be dry
2. subject must be in the same position as he/she/it was when he/she/it fell asleep
3. subject completely loses track of time and/or space, to the point of delusion.

I came home from school one day, walked into my bedroom, laid on my bed, and fell asleep. When I woke up, I hadn't moved, my pillow was soaked, and I was confused. The clock said 8:30, and I thought I was late for school, yet something wasn't right, because it was still dark outside. Then, I realized I had just taken an epic nap.

Anti-epic

When something has the makings of being epic but simply isn't; "fake epic".

Michael Bay's recent movies are the definition of anti-epic. They're loud, full of great action scenes, amazing visuals and soundtrack but they still feel flat and empty.
