Coming from the word that is now over used "Epic," it means something that is twice as epic as normal.

Son - "Holy shit, that guy just did a double backflip off the playground!"

Father - "No son, that shit was Double Epic."

Epil-Epic 

When someone with epilepsy does something epic while having a seizure.

An epileptic kid is on a swing, he has a seizure and proceeds to fly off the swing and do a back-flip.

That shit is Epil-Epic
