Generally, an uncomplimentary term. A billard is similar to a redneck. Can be described as a combination of redneck and gangsta. Often drives a large pickup truck with a loud exhaust, appears disheveled, and loves loud country rock. Usually lives in rural or ghetto-like suburban areas.
