A combination of Bila and late and used when someone is routinely late for a one-on-one meeting in a corporate setting.

"The meeting started already 10 minutes ago and John is still not here... it is probably going to be a Bilate again."

Whenever a bilateral meeting is postponed or one is late. It is a mix between Bila + Late.

"My boss is late again for our bila meeting. I guess it will be a bilate again..."
