Get the Behind-Enemy-Lines-Poo mug.A combination of client-centered therapy, cognitive therapy, and sarcasm, designed by Albert Ellis. REBT acts to remove unreasonable cognitive beliefs, for example, musterbation. Its basic premise is that emotional suffering is due primarily to the often unverbalized assumptions and demands that people carry around with them as they negotiate their own way in life; for example, demanding perfection in oneself and/or in others.
REBT has been shown to reduce self-reports of anxiety in general and specific forms; reduce type A behavior patterns; reduce depression, anger, and, in children, antisocial behavior; and help emotionally healthy people cope better with everyday stress.

Get the behotchkinson's disease mug.Behdasht means "HEALTH". There are two different words in Persian for "health" : Behdasht and Salamat. The first one roots in pure Persian language and the other one has come from Arabic literature into Persian language. Both words are by and large used equally in Iran. BEH means healthy and DASHT means preserving. So BEH+DASHT equals "keeping the health at its optimal level". There is another word , TANDOROSTI whose meaning is very close to that of the previous ones ; TAN means body and DOROSTI refers to HEALTHY STATE. So, totally it means nothing but "healthy body or keeping body in health"
