It is an adjective describing a real annoying person who is also a big dick. the person is usually always hanging out with the so-called skater kids even though he doesn't skate. They also try to act cool and do bad shit like vape and bully others. The person is also an eavesdropper and will spread any rumor on social media.

Girl 1: That kid who always tries to hang out with us is such an exaspervexious person.
Girl 2: I know he always tries to impress others.

cyphers ultimate thats pretty good, it can show whos alive and where their location is and the enemy gets notified. Its not like sovas dart and doesnt keep tracking the enemy, instead it shows that position they are in and once they move they dont show.
