The term is used when a girl who approaches a guy to introduce herself to him and he reacts by ducking his head, lean his shoulder, and faces his back towards her.

Girl: Hi, my name is Laura. (Reaches arm out for handshake)

Boy: (Ducks his head, leans his shoulder, and face his back towards her)

Friend of Boy: Damn bro, you just Yang'd her big time.
