The actual meaning is a dress from a greek origin however in slang terms it is an offence.

Grecian - to look like a llama or alpaca species
Tard- idiot

Girl 1: hey that guy looks like a llama dont you think?
Girl 2: yeah he kinda does, i have heard he is such an idiot
Girl 1: well then i guess he is a grecian tard

Grace is one of the most amazing people you could ever meet. She's very out there with her personality in the sense that she doesn't care who hears her. She has beautiful eyes, and a smile that could kill in an instant. She may come across as mean, but don't let that deter you as she means no harm. She may crack a joke at the mere sight of emotions, but inside she's very kind and loving. You'll know you've found your best friend when you find a Grace.
