Manchurian Goodbye

When leaving the presence of a girl (usually girlfriend, but any girl you have performed any sexual acts with will suffice), you jab her in the throat and immediately give her a hickey where your punch landed.

I was leaving Jenny's house and I gave her the Manchurian Goodbye on my way out.

Abandoning your friends at a party/bar/dinner without saying a single word to any of them, usually resulting from being very intoxicated. California Irish Goodbye's are risky for the DUI exposure. Also deserting your buds 10-20 miles away from their residence deserves an ass kicking.
