Flash Bang

An explosive device weapon developed for use in crowd control that consists of a large charge, typically about 15 grams, of flash powder contained in a vented metal case with a triggering device similar to those used in ordinary hand grenades. While not designed for lethality, these are very dangerous weapons when used improperly. In 2014 a small child in Georgia was accidentally maimed by incompetent police officers who tossed one of these devices into a crib during a botched drug raid. These devices typically contain about five times the explosive charge of an ordinary M-80 firecracker, which contains three grams of flash powder.

Police officers maimed 18 month-old Bounkham Phonesavanh Jr. with a flash bang. They were never indicted.

Flash hey can also be referred to as a dry text to start a conversation. It would consist of just "hey" and nothing else. This is utilized by someone who is feeling sassy or annoyed with the other person. They want to talk to them but at the same time they are bothered that the other person did not initiate first.

Person 1: "Hey"
Person 2: "No need for the flash hey, I've been busy"

Flash train-logic

The concieved notion that you can accomplish anything, simply because it is required of you in that moment. Even if you have no background of doing this or there's been no setup for you being able to do this in the past.
Basically a lousy way to explain away a Deus Ex Machina.

As seen on the Flash:
The Flash somehow manages to get a train to vibrate at the same speed he is, so that the train goes through some rubble in the road.
Later:
Kid Flash: "How did you do that?"
Flash: "Because I had to."
Me, watching the show: That's some Flash train-logic right there!"
